    Refund Policy

    Can I return an item?

    Of course, you have 30 days from receipt of your order to return anything you have purchased from us, no questions asked. Please contact us to let us know your intentions and we will send you the shipping address to our warehouse. Note the mask is disposable, once used, cannot be returned.

    Who pays for shipping?

    If an item is returned for quality reasons, damaged or not working properly, please contact us and we will cover the shipping costs. If possible, we would like to see pictures of the damage.

    However, if it is because you have changed your mind and no longer seem to like what you ordered, then we kindly ask that you cover the cost.

    When should I send the product back?

    You should send it back within 7 days of your return request. 

    Please return the product, with all accessories and manuals, to its original box (if possible) and contact us for a shipping address to our warehouse.

    How and when will I get my money back?

    Once we receive the product, you will receive a confirmation email and your payment will be refunded within 3 days as you purchased it.

    How do I cancel my order?

    Just like with returns, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return any items you have purchased from us. If you wish to cancel your order before you receive it, please contact us to let us know your intentions. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order. However, if the item is being shipped to you, you must comply with our return policy and send it back to us.
